作为结合了智能手机与平板电脑特点的跨界产品， Phablet受到了越来越多的手机厂商和用户的追捧。A31s是珠海全志科技针对Phablet市场推出的四核处理器。该处理器基于四核 Cortex-A7 CPU以及 SGX544MP2 GPU架构，支持2160P视频解码和H.264 HP 1080p@30fps视频编码。
作为全志四核移动应用处理器A31的cost down 版本， A31s新增加了对各种无线数据传输技术如3G, 2G, LTE, WIFI, BT, FM, GPS, AGPS等的支持。
